Sea Moss Gel Instructions & Storage
INSTRUCTIONS
Thoroughly clean Sea Moss rinsing out natural salts, sands, & sea debris.
Soak with lime/lemon juice in room temperature spring/alkaline water for 6-24 hours, as preferred.
Sea Moss will increase in size and turn into a translucent color. Texture will be soft and slippery.
After soaking, give Sea Moss a final rinse.
Thoroughly blend Sea Moss with water until it’s a smooth consistency.
If desired, add more water for a looser consistency.
Store in the fridge in an airtight glass jar where it will form sea moss gel.
Use 2-4 tablespoons daily as desired.
STORAGE
Store raw dried Sea Moss in a cool and dry place away from direct heat and sunlight in air tight bag/container. Natural Sea Moss salt will preserve raw Sea Moss for a year after opening.
Sea Moss Gel can be stored in fridge for 3-4 weeks for optimum freshness.
Sea Moss Gel can be stored frozen for 4-5 months.
